We are delighted to announce that Ultra Building Co. has been appointed as the head contractor to deliver our ultra high end project Privé at 21-23 Riddell Street Bellevue Hill. Having delivered several high end and high profile projects in the Eastern Suburbs, Ultra Building Co.
x Construction is expected to commence shortly and expected completion is the 1st half of 2022. Prive is an ultra-high end residential development located near the top of Bellevue Hill. It consists of six three-bedroom apartments, most of which will enjoy unobstructed ocean view. We are planning to bring the project to the market in the 2nd half of 2021.
